Membership Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Restaurant Membership

 

Membership Acknowledgement:

a.) By proceeding with the Membership Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) governing your membership in the True Grit Hospitality Restaurant Membership (the “Membership”).

 

Inquiries and Assistance:

a.) Should you have any queries or require clarification regarding these Terms, please seek assistance from our Member Services at (561) 282-6337. Your acceptance of these Terms constitutes a binding contract governing your Membership in the True Grit Hospitality Restaurant Membership.

 

Membership Guidelines:

a.) The Terms of Use of True Grit Hospitality’s websites, mobile applications, and related services are included within these Terms.

b.) No other statements, representations, materials, or information will amend these Terms unless specifically referenced within this document or updated by True Grit Hospitality in accordance with these Terms.

 

Membership Benefits and Accounts:

a.) Members are entitled to receive exclusive monthly offerings and additional benefits as specified by True Grit Hospitality.

b.) Membership transactions require the presentation of your True Grit Hospitality Restaurant Membership number for accurate tracking of benefits.

c.) Any misuse of membership benefits may result in termination of Membership.

 

Membership Fees and Payments:

a.) Membership fees, associated charges, and other related charges are automatically billed to the provided credit card.

b.) Dining purchases with associated charges can be billed to the member’s form of payment on file, subject to limitations.

 

Membership Duration, Changes, and Renewal:

a.) Memberships are renew monthly for both Gold and Platinum members.

b.) Cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) days before the charge-out date for effective cancellation, and fees are non-refundable.

c.) The minimum requirement for each membership is 3 months. Early Cancellation to any membership will result in charges.

d.) Any changes or cancellations need to be communicated to True Grit Hospitality to avoid charges.

 

Legal Compliance and Limitations:

a.) Member benefits cannot be combined with other offers or discounts provided by the restaurant.

b.) Goods and services are provided only in states where True Grit Hospitality holds the necessary licenses.

c.) Compliance with laws governing possession and use of alcohol is the responsibility of the member.

 

Disclaimer and Liability Limitations:

a.) True Grit Hospitality provides Membership benefits “as is” and disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

b.) In no event shall True Grit Hospitality or its affiliates be liable for damages arising from Membership or related benefits.

 

Personal Information and Privacy:

a.) Personal information collected for Membership is governed by True Grit Hospitality’s Privacy Policy.

b.) By joining, you authorize receiving marketing communications as part of Membership benefits.

 

Governing Law and Venue:

a.) These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of Florida.

 

Miscellaneous:

a.) In case any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

b.) True Grit Hospitality reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at its discretion.
