At Calaveras Cantina, everything we do has a good time in mind behind it! Currently, we are looking for experienced Line Cooks to Join our Team in Calaveras Cantina in Mizner Park.

Job Responsibilities

– Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items
– Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
– Ensure food is prepared and presented in accordance with quality standards
– Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
– Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
– Maintain a positive, team-player attitude while contributing to company culture

Experience
– Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook
– Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
