Diego, an experienced Director of Food and Beverage in tourism and hospitality, excels in customer service, operations, sales, team building, and strategic planning. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, emphasizing people development and customer service, and is fluent in four languages.

Starting in Italy, Diego earned a high school diploma in accounting and later graduated with a Bachelor of Business Analytics from the University of Phoenix in 2001. His journey began as a Pizzeria Server at 14 years old in Italy, later moving to the U.S. with Bice Restaurant Group, where he worked for a decade, ascending from a busboy to an assistant controller, leveraging his accounting background.

Following his tenure at Bice, Diego spent a decade at the Wyndham Hotel in Deerfield Beach, pioneering three distinct F&B concepts within the resort. Seeking diverse expertise, he joined the opening of a prestigious steakhouse co-owned by Antonello Paganuzzi, an apprentice of renowned restaurateur “Cirio Maggioni.” This endeavor thrived, becoming one of the area’s top-rated restaurants.

Subsequently, Diego joined the ultra-luxury resort “The Boca Raton,” overseeing the “Beach Club” F&B outlets, contributing to achieving the highly sought-after Forbes Travel Guide 5-star rating. Throughout his career, Diego emphasized customer service, guest satisfaction, and top-tier service, recognizing the pivotal role of training and people development in any operation’s success.
